Brief description of the mechanism of the roll of the winder

The rolling machine performs the winding work through its two internal winding mechanisms. They are a continuous take-up mechanism and an intermittent take-up mechanism. This paper describes the implementation principles of these two take-up mechanisms.

1. The take-up action of the continuous take-up mechanism passes through the spindle or the central axis of the winder, and even the independent take-up motor drive of the spindle synchronization, so that the take-up roller can be continuously operated at a constant speed, and the spindle is determined according to the weft density of the weaving. The ratio of the gear to the take-up roller or the speed of the take-up motor. Continuous coiling is divided into electronic and mechanical winding methods.

1Electronic coiling electronic winding weft density can be set directly on the loom computer.

2 Mechanical Winding Mechanical Winding Conversion There are two ways to adjust the weft density: one is to change the gear, and the other is to use a continuously variable transmission.

The continuous take-up mechanism has the advantages of small wear and movement, smooth movement and no impact. It can withstand large warp and fabric tension and adapt to high-speed operation, so it is widely used in modern rolls. At the same time, in order to meet the special requirements of large fabric volume, some winder machines use external winding, that is, the winding roller is separated from the machine, and the cloth winding device is independent, but the motion principle is unchanged.

 2. Intermittent winding mechanism The intermittent winding mechanism has the advantages of simple structure and convenient adjustment. However, the impact force between the pawl and the ratchet is easy to wear and loose, and cannot meet the demand of high-speed production.

The intermittent take-up mechanism takes the fabric away from the weaving port and the take-up roll to take only a certain period of time during the rotation of the main shaft of the winder, generally by the swinging foot and the intermittent action by the ratchet pawl transmission. Therefore, there are single-claw and multi-claw points.
